1. Service Agreement & Acceptance
By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or authorizing work to be performed by Gecko Power Wash, you enter into a service agreement subject to these Terms. All work performed by Gecko Power Wash is contingent upon mutual agreement of scope, pricing, and scheduling.
You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to approve work at the service location. By authorizing services, you represent that you are the property owner or have obtained proper authorization from the property owner.
2. Description of Services
Gecko Power Wash provides professional pressure washing services in Yucaipa and surrounding areas. The specific scope of work for each job will be outlined in a written estimate or proposal provided prior to commencement of work. Any additional work beyond the original scope must be approved in writing before it is performed.
3. Estimates, Pricing & Payment Terms
All estimates provided by Gecko Power Wash are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be subject to adjustment if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative terms have been agreed upon in writing.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A convenience fee may apply to credit card transactions.
- For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
- Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
4. Scheduling, Access & Cancellation
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Gecko Power Wash will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. In the event of delays due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule.
- You agree to provide clear and safe access to the work area at the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Gecko Power Wash reserves the right to reschedule work due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
Gecko Power Wash stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all labor performed. Specific warranty terms may vary by service type and will be outlined in your service agreement or estimate.
- Labor warranties typically cover workmanship defects for a period specified in your service agreement.
- Manufacturer warranties on parts and materials are separate from our labor warranty and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
- Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable time of discovery. Gecko Power Wash will inspect the issue and perform corrective work at no additional cost if the issue is determined to be a workmanship defect.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gecko Power Wash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to hidden damage, structural deficiencies, code violations, or hazardous materials not disclosed prior to commencement of work.
7. Property Access & Responsibility
By authorizing services, you grant Gecko Power Wash and its employees permission to access the designated work areas on your property. You are responsible for:
- Disclosing any known hazards, including but not limited to asbestos, lead paint, mold, or structural issues.
- Securing pets, valuables, and personal items in the work area prior to our arrival.
- Ensuring that the work area is reasonably accessible and clear of obstructions.
Gecko Power Wash will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during the course of work. Any accidental damage will be reported promptly and addressed appropriately.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Gecko Power Wash and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
